Really good choice phone for a senior May 12, 2026 Reviewer: Wesley Smith from Sweet Home, OR United States   This phone had everything we wanted for my 97 year old father. He was able to handle it with ease and after  some practice about not grabbing it by its sensitive screen, it did the job we had hoped for. Unfortunately, he chose not to keep it  because he has limited vision and was able to "talk" to his other phone that he was otherwise  having great trouble with. Sigh. Some are very hard to please.

Very Easy To Use! February 4, 2026 Reviewer: Jacquelyn Waters from W Melbourne, FL United States   This phone is so easy for my 95 year old dad with Alzheimer's to use!  It was easy to set up on my iPhone and now I talk to my dad every day on my way to work. I can see how many missed calls he has and when it needs to be charged.  This is the best phone ever!!!

Great memory phone January 20, 2026 Reviewer: Stacie Addison from ORMOND BEACH, FL United States   I had never heard of this kind of phone before until talking with my best friend and she said a lady on her daughter's softball team had just bought two of them so I decided to give it a try it has been the best thing ever!! I had a couple of problems with signing in on the phone and customer service has been top tier, hands down, second to none!! every time I have had to reach out to customer service I have been completely utterly satisfied with all the help. The chat feature saved my life lol

Fine phone for our needs January 7, 2026 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Denver, CO United States   This does exactly as described.  A smaller phone would fit in pockets more easily.  It should hold a charge longer than 24 hours as well.

Phone for mentally challenged adult December 10, 2025 Reviewer: Pam from Indianapolis, IN United States   We are still working out some issues, such as touching the screen correctly to make calls, making calls accidentally while it's in a pocket, and setting it on the charger correctly. So far, it beats the land line phone with programed numbers that you have to hit 9 first. Definitely easier than I Phone!

RAZ Senior Cell Phone July 25, 2025 Reviewer: Julie Beck from Greenwood, AR 72936   I bought this phone for my 80 year old mother who had begun to struggle with all the clicks to call who she wanted, turning the ring volume off accidentally, and getting on the wrong screen and not being able to find her way out. This phone has made such a difference!  She can just touch the faces she wants to call! There's no rabbit hole of different screens to go down.  As an added bonus, it's set to automatically connect after 3 rings if her arthritis makes it difficult to just push the answer key.  I've even been able to video call to see where the phone is and holler to her to come get it!  It gives great peace of mind for us both!  I'm so grateful.

I love this phone July 16, 2025 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   My mother has Dementia and has recently moved in with me. Now she's able to keep in touch with her other children and grandchildren without me having to hand her my own cell phone. The only thing I wish they would improve is that I cannot adjust the volume. It is fixed. My mother is hard Of hearing and wears a pacemaker so she shouldn't be holding the phone so close to hear the other person
