REMOTE MANAGE - ACCESS SETTINGS AND CONTACTS REMOTELY

Remote Manage provides caregivers the unprecedented ability to remotely manage ALL aspects of their senior’s cell phone through a simple app (iPhone & Android). The app is free and used on the caregiver's smartphone to create and edit contacts, send the senior reminders, set up hours during which the senior cannot place calls, track the location of the phone/user, check the phone’s battery power or signal strength, select certain options, such as the option to disable the power button or restrict incoming calls to contacts, preventing unwanted predatory robocalls, and much more. Remote Manage can be used by caregivers from anywhere in the United States or Canada; changes made with Remote Manage are reflected on the RAZ Memory Cell Phone right away.

Help protect your RAZ Memory Cell Phone with a protective case. Choose from our standard polycarbonate shock-proof bumper case that protects the phone from drops and scratches, or our stylish and slim-wallet case. Available in black and orange leatherette which will cover the display and help avoid accidental dials. If you add-on our wireless charging pad, your phone will come with a special protective case that is already installed!

ADDED EMERGENCY SERVICE - OPTIONAL SCREENING OF 911 CALLS

Imagined or false emergencies and repetitive 911 calling is all too common for people with Alzheimer’s or Dementia. RAZ now offers an Emergency Service which directs emergency calls to an emergency dispatch agent rather than 911. The service agent will know that the caller has memory loss and will determine whether to contact 911 guided by this knowledge. Also, text messages will be sent to designated caregivers (up to 3), providing caregivers the opportunity to cancel the emergency call so that 911 is not contacted. This service is optional and can be added once you receive and set up your phone for less than $10/month.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORY

Add an extra-long, 6 foot cord to your RAZ Memory Cell Phone order to ensure your phone always has power. This optional cord is 2-3x the length of a standard cord which can make the phone easier to place near the bed or to a favorite chair. A must-have accessory to extend the reach while keeping the device connected!

OPTIONAL WIRELESS CHARGING PAD & CASE

Charge your RAZ Memory Cell Phone wirelessly. This add-on allows you to easily charge the phone by simply laying it onto the charging pad. No need to struggle connecting the cable to the phone. Includes: Special wireless charging adapter, Wireless charging pad, & Protective case. The adapter and protective case are pre-installed on the phone when ordered through us. This option includes a case so no need to order an add-odd accessory case!
